On Our Way!

Normally, I’d be posting my blog today, but this week’s entry was intentionally pre-programmed—and for good reason. We are officially on our way to Scotland!

After a full year of defining our vision, establishing God’s Knot Dead Ministries USA and God’s Knot Dead Ministries Scotland, and spending nine months building our support team, the moment has arrived.

When I first wrote that last sentence, it originally said, “We finally get to go!”But something in my spirit tightened. It didn’t sit right.

That wording implied that we had orchestrated the timing of our departure. The truth is far different.

We are leaving three months and eight days later than the date we originally set as our goal. If we had left when we planned—if we had pushed ahead based on our own timeline—our mission would have been short-lived. At that point, we were only at 60% support. We weren’t fully prepared. And more importantly, we hadn’t yet met the people God intended to place in our lives.

During these extra months, God surrounded us with relationships, conversations, open doors, and divine appointments we would have completely missed. Some of those individuals chose to support us financially; others did not. But every one of them has prayed for us, encouraged us, and confirmed God’s calling in ways they may never fully realize.

Looking back, the delay wasn’t a disappointment—it was divine preparation.

And now…With grateful hearts, full support, and a deeper understanding of God’s timing, we are super excited to land, rest, and get started.

Scotland, we’re coming. And we’re coming in God’s perfect time.
