Miles, Moments, and Ministry

Over the past several months, I’ve found myself in just about every mode of transportation imaginable — planes, cars, and even trains. I won’t spoil the full story (you’ll have to wait for November’s Impact Zone in Knot News for that), but here’s a quick snapshot: more than 26,000 air miles, roughly 7,400 miles driven, and about 217 miles traveled by train. That’s a lot of time to think, pray, and connect.
This season of travel hasn’t just been about distance; it’s been about purpose. From meeting familiar faces to shaking hands with people I’d never met before, every mile has been a reminder that ministry isn’t confined to one location — it’s lived out wherever God leads.
As we head into November, I’ve been reflecting on the past eight months. What has been accomplished through the faithful prayers, generosity, and encouragement of our team is nothing short of incredible. Lives have been touched, hearts have been opened, and doors we never could have forced on our own have been opened by God’s hand.
We’re excited to share some of these stories and highlights in this upcoming issue of Knot News. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to read it — not just to see what’s been done, but to celebrate what God is doing through all of us together.
If you haven’t yet signed up for Knot News, you can do so at GodsKnotDead.org/contact. Scroll to the bottom of the page — it only takes about a minute to fill out the form (promise!).
Every mile matters when it’s spent on mission. Thank you for being part of this journey.
