Free In-Person Appointment Policy We’re genuinely glad you want to meet with us. These appointments are offered freely, but they still carry real value — for you and for us. To keep things fair and helpful for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines: 💬 Respecting Time (Yours & Ours) Our time together is set aside specifically for you. Please treat the appointment as you would any other important commitment. If something comes up (life happens — we get it), just let us know as soon as possible. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. 🚫 No-Shows If you miss an appointment without letting us know, we may ask you to rebook at a later time. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking availability. (Not as a punishment — simply to honour fairness and scheduling.) 🤝 What These Appointments Are For These meetings are intended to be: ✔ Encouraging ✔ Supportive ✔ Honest & constructive ✔ Focused on growth, clarity, and faith They’re not therapy sessions or crisis counselling, but we’ll always aim to listen well and point you toward helpful support when needed. 💡 Come Prepared (Nothing Formal!) No pressure — but it helps to have an idea of what you'd like to talk about. Questions, struggles, ideas, doubts — all welcome. 🧭 The Heart Behind This These appointments are offered freely because people matter. Respecting the time simply helps us serve more people well — including you. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
